Construction of a megamarket inside the Shopping/Entertainment Centre.

The investment project presupposes the construction of a megamarket in the city of Soligorsk inside the Shopping/Entertainment Centre on the site of the prior city marketplace. The construction site is situated in the downtown, where masses of people pass incessantly and public transport lines are located. As a matter of fact our company undertakes the construction work in erection of the First building (trade- and industry-related groups of products); all the needed underground communication system (sewerage system) has been laid.

The population of Soligorsk is about 101.000 people, where 55% is
economically active. The demographical situation is considered to be
progressive in births. The customers (above 18) constitute 79% of the
citizens, or more precisely 79.800 people. The leading economic field of
production is industry. The city counts up to 16 industrial companies,
where there are more than 24.000 of people (56% from all the people in
the national economy) involved into the branch of industry. The main
industrial production company is «Belaruskalii», that produces potassium
fertilizers. The staff numbers 18,500 workers. Its products constitute
93% from all the amount of the industrial production.Besides the company
exports more than 95% of the products in terms of money. This fact
explains the high salary level in relation to the country (+67%) and the
capital (+28%).
The trading network of the city constitutes 143 shops, 55 of
which are food stores, 81 sell manufactured goods and 7 have a mixed
stock. There are 42 self-service stores with the overall trading area of
160036,o m²,
77 stores employ the traditional methods of selling on the trading area
of 7608,4 m²
and 24 trading sites, which sell goods using the mixed method on the
trading area of 3582,4 m².
The overall trading area in the city constitutes 27253,6 m².

Megamarket building in the Trading Center
The project is about building a megamarket in one of the districts of Minsk. The company disposes of a site with the surface of 4.8 ha.The project work is held there at the moment.
The project includes 3 buildings:
1st 10 000 m. (provisionary magamarket of 5 000 m². and furniture gallery of 5 000 m².
2nd 10 000 m². (electronics and home electrononic equipment- 5 000 m², household goods and building materials)
3rd 5 000 m² (offices)
